RESERVATIONS

  • Reservations can be made through:

  • As an adults-only property, those aged 17 and under may not stay.

  • Our rates vary by day and season, and changes according to demand. For our rate calendar, click here.

  • The cancellation and guarantee policy depends on the selected rate type, chosen during booking.
    We have two types of rates available on our website and most travel agencies:

    • Non-Refundable Rate (Privada Ooh La La)
      This rate is so low, we can’t change or refund it.
      Deposit is always required. Cancellation not possible.

    • Flexible Rate (No Strings Attached)
      No worries if your plans get wobbly.
      Deposit amount may vary. Cancellation possible unti 24h prior to arrival.

  • Reservations made through a third-party must be changed on their website, or through their customer support.

Arrival

  • Check-in time is 4PM.
    Your access codes will not be released before check-in time, unless early check-in has been confirmed.

    Should an early check-in be available, you will automatically receive a text the day before arrival, allowing you to reserve this option.

  • As a contactless property, we don’t have a Front Desk. Our digital Guest Services team stands ready throughout the day to provide assistance and answer any questions.

    Digital Guest Services is available on WhatsApp, SMS, and E-mail. A chat will be initiated 3 days prior to departure – or you’ll be able to reach out in the Privada Stays app.

  • You’ll receive a dedicated access code starting a few moments prior to check-in time. This code will be released via WhatsApp, SMS, E-mail, and in the Privada Stays app.

    As stated during the online check-in, it is essential to have WiFi or cellular data to access messages or Privada Stays app. WiFi credentials are always available in the app, in case you’d like to connect to WiFi on-property: ensure to store these.

  • Depending on where you’ve reserved, and the rate chosen, it may be that you’ve already paid. Your booking confirmation states the guarantee and payment policy.

    In the event your payment is due on check-in day, your credit card will be charged on the morning of arrival.

    For select Booking.com reservations (made prior to 1 March 2024) it is required to complete payment during online check-in.

DURING

  • Our Styling team will provide a refresh upon request, after every 4th night.

    Simply respond to one of our earlier messages, or initiate a chat in the app.

Departure

  • Check-out time is 11AM.
    Late check-out may be available, but must be explicitly confirmed. This can be requested in the Privada Stays app starting 24 hours prior to departure.

  • A folio is automatically sent on departure day to the email address on file. If you haven’t received your folio, request it here.
